June 21, 2013 -- The MCAS Explosive Ordnance Disposal unit is conducting ordnance detonations at the air station June 23 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

The detonations are conducted in preparation for the Miramar Air Show.

While some flames and smoke may be visible from nearby roadways, no visibility restrictions are expected.
