Lt. Col. Allen J. Clarke, incoming commanding officer of Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron, receives the command's colors from Lt. Col. Michael A. Spears, outgoing commanding officer, during the change of command ceremony at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Aug. 30.
