A civilian law enforcement officer with the Provost Marshal’s Office apprehends a suspect during a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High-Yield Explosives (CBRNE) exercise at the gas chamber aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., May 18.
