Lance Cpl. Karen Gonzalez, a military police officer with 1st Law Enforcement Battalion, I Marine Expeditionary Force, looks over her notes during the Traffic Collision Investigation Course aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Sept. 11. The 17-day course equates to 136 hours of class time and seven college credits students receive upon completion of the course. The class is scheduled to graduate and receive their certifications on Sept. 30.
